From a teacher's heart, to a coach's calling.
I started my professional life as a school teacher, then a Certified Human Behaviorist working alongside a psychotherapist to teach life skills and relationship strategies. As a homeschool parent, I served in a community leadership position. As a lifelong educator, my goal has always been to teach others and partner with them on the path they're choosing.
In 2012, my husband John was diagnosed with Stevens-Johnson syndrome — an auto-immune condition triggered by a normal dose of an over-the-counter pain reliever. Mercury poisoning, EBV, Lyme disease, and cancer followed. We lost John in 2017. It is my deep desire that no other family endures what mine did.
Since then I've poured six years of research, mentorship from practitioners, and time in the lab with world-class PhD chemists into helping others walk their own wellness journey. I share what I've learned through a clear, organized path designed for people who are ready to take their health seriously.
